Formula one competition for groups
Team building Malaga offers you the opportunity to be part of a unique teambuilding experience. In our Formula-1 workshop there will be several tasks that will need to be given to each member of your team in order to successfully win the competition.
During this activity we will work on the following areas:
- Communication
- Leadership
- Time Management
- Change Management
All the teams will be asked to design create their own vehicle. It is important that the design and mechanics work as once the car is assembled it will be tested on a circuit. Each team will be able to show off their vehicle while competing against the others to be the winner of this challenge!
We will be in charge of providing all the necessary material and equipment for the construction of the vehicle. We will also create a circuit of agility that will test the speed, the aerodynamics and most importantly the reliability of said vehicle.
Key factors
Creativity
You don't have to think about building a standard car, the only limit will be set by your own imagination and creativity. Do not hesitate to innovate and create an original car.
Roles
Among the roles to be played in the activity, one of them is to prepare a pitch to sell the vehicle.
Teamwork
Teamwork is essential as each team member will have a specific role to play in the creation.
Dynamism
Some materials can only be obtained after completing a series of challenges/games. Either from a puzzle, to perform a purely intelligence game.
